The Title Office is linked to the State of Ohio through a sophisticated computer network. The Automated Title Processing System (ATPS) provides for the issuing of over four million titles per year for autos and watercraft.

In many counties, the Title Office is located next door to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Driver's exam station.
