Duties & Responsibilities of the Sandusky
County Prosecuting Attorney:
The Prosecuting Attorney is the chief legal
advisor for the Board of County Commissioners, the Township Trustees, the
Board of Elections, and all other county offices and boards including the
public library. The Prosecuting Attorney also represents the State of Ohio
by inquiring into and prosecuting felony crimes committed by adults and all
offenses committed by juveniles within the county.
