Colleen Carmack has been
serving as Sandusky County Recorder since 2002. She was first appointed to
the position in January, and then elected in November to complete the
unexpired term of her predecessor.
Colleen Carmack was born and raised in Sandusky County. She graduated from
Fremont Ross High School and obtained an Associate Degree in Applied Science
from Terra Community College.
Colleen Carmack gained many years of land record experience through her
employment with a local law firm and title company, and prior to her
appointment as Recorder worked as GIS Technician in the County Tax Map Office.
Colleen resides in Fremont with her husband Scott.
