●  Coordinate Employee Evaluations – Probationary / Annual
●  Administer County Personnel Policy Manual
●  Administer Family Medical Leave Act
●  Administer Fair Labor Standards Act
●  Administer E.E.O. / A.D.A. / A.A. Compliance

●  Process Non-Bargaining Grievances – Complaints – Disciplines
●  Coordinate Pre-Disciplinary Conferences
●  Advise and/or Process Termination(s)/Suspension(s)/Workforce Reduction per D.A.S.
   Guidelines
●  Administer and Investigate Civil Rights Claims
●  Attend S.P.B.R. Hearings
●  Coordinate Fitness For Duty Testing
●  Process Disability Leave – Separation – Disability Retirement per D.A.S. Guidelines
●  Assist in Collective Bargaining Contract Negotiations
●  Assist in Collective Bargaining Grievances / Arbitrations

●  Perform Accident Investigations
●  Workers’ Compensation Claims Management & Administration
●  Attend Workers’ Comp Hearings in Toledo, Columbus, and Mansfield
●  Administer Unemployment Claims

●  Administer All Safety & Health Programs associated with OSHA/PERRA
●  Perform Facility Safety Audits
●  Coordinate Annual Safety Training / Programs
●  Coordinate / Emergency Preparedness Plans
●  Administer C.D.L. Drug & Alcohol Testing

●  Administer Self Insured Liability Program (CoRSA) – Property & Casualty
●  Administer Annual Employee MVR Audit
●  Coordinate all Lawsuits & (O.C.R.C. / E.E.O. / U.L.P.) Claims filed against County
●  Investigate Civil Complaints
●  Coordinate Annual Vehicle Inspections

●  Coordinate Employee Health Insurance Program
●  Negotiate Health Insurance Providers Annually
●  Coordinate C.O.B.R.A Compliance.

●  Administer Public Defender Payments
●  Review Public Record Request
●  Administer County Fleet Management Program
●  Administer County Web Page
●  Assist Officials in Public Relations
●  Assist Officials in Grant Applications
